I saw something about “Operational Support.” Do I need that?

Any time you implement a new mission-critical application in your organization, you’ll experience change. Change is good, and understanding how to deal with it is even better. Once your implementation is complete, it will be important for your users to fully understand the new system – and, candidly, you want them to be enthusiastic supporters of the big decision you made to move to NetSuite. Be sure you get whatever training your implementation partner is offering, and operational support for a time after the new systems goes live can be a real blessing to your users when it comes to actually doing their work.
